Our bar offers a carefully chosen selection of wines, spirits and cocktails, served in relaxed and welcoming surroundings. Cocktails are crafted properly, whether you’re looking for a classic favourite or something a little different. Our wine list is thoughtfully selected to complement our food, and our bar team are always happy to offer recommendations. Adref opens on Friday and Saturday evenings, offering drinks alongside our evening food menu. It’s ideal for a casual night out, a catch-up over cocktails, or finishing the week with something special, without the formality of a traditional restaurant. You’re just as welcome to pop in for a drink and dessert as you are for a full evening meal.
